Examples of matters has provided expert architect reports on;
whether architect was negligent designing a housing development that encroached deeply into a patent rock face,
whether architect was negligent in the design of a housing complex with laminated ground floor beams that failed within 6 years,
whether architect was negligent in design of local authority office whose roof leaked, ground floor failed, decking failed within 12 years,
whether architect was negligent in not providing extensions of time promptly leaving this till after the project reached practical completion,
